Welcome to the home of the Amoobas.

Amoobas are small, calm, wise creatures that are always happy to offer a weary traveller a word of friendly encouragement.

They can be discovered in their natural habitat of trees and rocks, where they have been for centuries, pondering the great mysteries of life. One such mystery is why everyone seems to be in such a hurry these days getting somewhere, and then being in even more of a hurry to get back again.

Amooba Videos

Every now and again an Amooba is spotted, and documented here. They offer very strange advice about calming down, not being so stressed, and generally not being very human at all. They are easy to miss. Especially if you’re so busy you don’t see what you’re looking at.

Amoobas are not camera-shy. But they don’t crave attention either. Here’s a few snaps of Amoobas observed out and about, enjoying nature, and not thinking at all about coffee bars, app streaks, or ankle socks. Very odd.

Amoobas are out there in nature, but are also being documented around the internet. Here are some useful links to other places where you can track them down.

You can also listen to the Amoobas podcast. All the audio, but enjoyable with your eyes closed.
